At Viya Variety, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Incorrect product selection by customer
- Product no longer required
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Size or dimension misunderstandings after purchase
Eligible Return & Refund Cases
A return, replacement, or refund request will only be considered if:
1. Wrong Product Delivered
The product received is different from the item ordered.
2. Product Received Damaged
The product arrives damaged during transit.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for any return, replacement, or refund request, customers must provide:
- A complete unboxing video.
- The video must begin before opening the package.
- Shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible.
- The recording must be continuous without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
Important
Claims submitted without a valid, unedited unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
Reporting Timeline
Any claim regarding a wrong or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims received after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Verification Process
Our team will review:
- Unboxing video
- Product photographs
- Order details
Approval or rejection will be communicated after verification.
Refund Process
Upon approval:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Missing unboxing video
- Edited or cut videos
- Customer misuse or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Claims submitted after 48 hours
- Damage caused after delivery
