Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation by Viya Variety
Viya Variety reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
